• Data Storage: To save your trading reports in your personal Google Drive folder

Data Storage and Security

Your Google Drive

All your trading reports and images are stored in a dedicated folder in your personal Google Drive called "Daily Report Card". We only access files that our application creates and never access your other Google Drive files.

Local Storage

For offline functionality, your reports are temporarily stored in your browser's local storage. This data remains on your device and is synchronized with your Google Drive when you're online.

No Server Storage

We do not store any of your personal information or trading data on our servers. All data processing occurs in your browser or is stored in your personal Google Drive under your complete control.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Google Drive API: We use Google's APIs to store and retrieve your data from your Google Drive
• Report Sharing: When you explicitly choose to share a trading report, the images in that report are made publicly accessible via Google Drive links
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety

Your Rights and Controls

• Data Access: You can access all your data directly through your Google Drive
• Data Deletion: You can delete your data at any time by removing files from your Google Drive or revoking app permissions
• Account Disconnection: You can disconnect your Google account at any time, which will prevent further access to your Google Drive
• Data Export: You can export your trading reports as JSON files for backup or migration purposes

Google Drive Permissions

Our application requests the following Google Drive permissions:

• drive.file: This allows us to create, read, and update only the files that our application creates in your Google Drive. We cannot access your existing Google Drive files or files created by other applications.

Local Data Storage and Cookies

Browser Local Storage

We use browser local storage (not cookies) to store essential application data on your device. This includes:

• Trading Reports: Your daily trading reports and analysis
• User Authentication: Your login state and Google account information
• App Settings: Your preferences and sync settings
• User Profile: Your profile name and preferences
• Backup Queue: Temporary storage for pending image uploads

No Tracking or Advertising

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for:

Managing Your Data

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by using your browser's "Clear browsing data" feature or by using our app's data export/clear functions. This data is essential for the app's functionality, so clearing it will reset your app experience.
